Check our tickets before you book

Each credential below has its own page: the issuing body, the reference we hold, the register or document you check it against, and the work it covers on your property.

Five credentials, five pages

You can confirm every claim we make

Read the page, search the register, then ask us for the certificate. We email the documents with your written quote, so you hire a crew you already checked.

We quote and work across Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Call (904) 337-5334 and ask for the certificates by name. See the full license list.

Industry certification

ISA certification, and what it actually covers

These are the general industry credentials we hold through the International Society of Arboriculture. Read what each one tests, then check the name on the ISA register before you book.

  • ISA Certified Arborist emblem, International Society of Arboriculture

    ISA Certified Arborist

    International Society of Arboriculture

A Certified Arborist passes a written exam covering tree biology, diagnosis, pruning, soil management, installation and safe work practice, then keeps the credential current with continuing education.

It means the person who inspects your live oak reads the tree, not just the invoice. You can search the ISA register and confirm the credential before we start.

  • ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification emblem

ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ)

    International Society of Arboriculture

TRAQ is a separate qualification on top of certification. It trains an arborist to assess a tree against a defined target, score the likelihood of failure and impact, and record the finding in a repeatable format.

This is the credential behind every written report we hand you for an insurer, a permit application or a body corporate. The method is documented, so a third party can follow it.
